Sexual and Reproductive
Health and Rights
Sexual and reproductive health and rights are fundamental to health, dignity and bodily autonomy. Yet across the Democratic Republic of Congo, women, girls, adolescents and marginalized communities continue to face barriers to accurate information and quality services, including stigma, discrimination, cost, restrictive social norms and limited availability of friendly providers. These inequalities are particularly severe for people affected by poverty, displacement, conflict and other forms of exclusion.

Repro Justice Congo works to make sexual and reproductive rights a reality by bringing information and care closer to communities.
Haki ya Afya Clinic
We facilitate access to contraception, safe abortion and post-abortion care.
Our Mobile Clinic
HIV and STI prevention.
Confidential Hotline & Telemedicine
And other essential reproductive health services.
Peer Educators & Trusted Provider Networks
We also strengthen healthcare providers and pharmacists to deliver confidential, evidence-based and stigma-free care.

Our work goes beyond providing services.
We challenge the social, institutional and policy barriers that restrict reproductive autonomy and use community experience to inform advocacy and systemic change.
We envision a Congo where everyone—regardless of age, gender, identity or circumstances—has the information, care and freedom to make informed decisions about their body and reproductive life.
